So I wore a hole in the drivers side floor mat (oem) for the 07 RDX (black) and it seems that the only way to replace it is to buy the set for $120 or so. Anyone know of a way to get just the one I need?

 

check ebay or craigslist?

 

Perhaps look at the Weathertech ones.

 

I would 2nd the weathertech or the OEM all weather mats as replacements. My 06 TSX with black OEM all weather still look good after 4 years of wet, sandy, muddy and my size 14 shoes and the wifey high heels.

I still have the taupe mats from my 08 RDX I'm never going to use (replaced with OEM all weather).

 

How much do you want for those taupe OEM mats?

 

I had the same problem and wasn't going to buy an entire set to get one mat, so I had an auto upholstery shop sew on a piece of tough carpet in the heel area. It actually looks pretty good.

I also noticed that WalMart and some of the auto parts stores sell individual driver-side mats and some of them are pretty nice. They might have to be modified some for the retention hook or general fit.
