this was mentioned previously on this forum, like most of my other posts i dont know exactly where but it was. i BELIEVE there were tests that showed these devices actually didnt do anything. i think they are supposed to "better disperse fuel" for better combustion. its really not that expensive so if you want try it and let us know!
