This may seem like a dumb question but...do all RDX year models use the same rims (original manufacturer)? I'm planning to purchase some manufacturer rims off someone from craigslists. Just a little concerned whether or not the rims would fit since he bought them not too long ago...What are some things I should look for in order to make sure they're for an RDX. Yes...I am a noob when it comes to cars...

 

Yes, they are all the same. Watch for correct offset (stock is 45mm, don't stray too far from that - I have heard 35 works, but am not sure of offset less than that).

The obvious stuff, like bolt pattern and hub diameter (make sure it has hub rings of the correct diameter).

 

May I ask how much you are paying for them?

 

Don't forget - there are some larger wheel options in addition to the standard 18's.

 

I decided not to buy them, but the guy wanted 250 for 2, which is an EXTREMELY good deal because a new one basically cost 400 for just ONE. He garunteed me that they were in mint condition etc. but i alrdy took my rim in to get repaired... which came out to about 200
