can someone tell me how long the install takes and if it's a pain, trying to decide if i should pay the dealer the $168 they want to install it, or just tackle it myself.

please only reply if you've actually done it yourself.

thanks!

dude. its easy, dont waste your money on the dealer for this.. i say its easier then changing your intake.. it would take me about 40-50mins to undo and redo whole thing by myself.. just be careful when you take off the mid/lower bumper make sure you disconnect the foglights connector, after that its smooth sailing. anymore question feel free to ask

I did the installation about a month ago. There were only two difficult steps:

1. Figuring out how to remove the clips (first time I'd seen this design), but after the first one, the next one took about 5 seconds.

2. Unplugging the fog lamps. It's a tight fit.

For a first timer (which most of us would be) it will take 2 hours, if you're not hurrying.

Alrighty, just installed the front spoiler today. Whew! I got stuck on the ' drill holes in inner fender. I didnt know what that was, so it took some time to figure it out.

One thing I am still not sure of is, under the car, does the grey plastic trim attached to the car go under the new spolier or on top of it? The instr do not say and the clips will work either way.

the front lip is looking sweet. I wanted to get myself one but that's the price of a stroller right there.

Stroller vs. front lip = stroller wins

See my post in the DIY about a deal I found. Best I've seen on fron and/or rear.

I wanted to see what the lower center looked like with a silver strip on it, so I used some contact paper to test it out.

Sorry, I was being a dick....The spoiler will not gain you any (noticeable) performance or economy. The spoiler improves aero, but weights....so, at best, one cancels the other..

I wait for other people to correct me.
