Proper A/C high and low pressue ranges

My 2011 RDX Turbo seems to be running the AC compressor too much. At idle I'm counting 60 seconds A/C on and 6 seconds A/C off. So approx 80% duty cycle...which suggests the refrigerant is low. It has never been serviced, so not surprising. No indication of a leak, and still blows cold.

I want to attach my pressure guages tomorrow to check it, and I have some cans of R134 left over so I can top it off. But...I'm having trouble understanding the target high + low pressure ranges from the service manual (see below). Assuming it's 25' Celcius tomorrow (40% humidity) , what should my high and low pressures be?
