A pic of my RDX with new 18" Rims
I took a quick, low quality pictures just for the sake of it. Not as nice as 20's, but about $1500 cheaper for me and the stockers just annoyed me with their wimpy offset and off tint color.
These also weight 3 pounds less than stock per wheel, 18x8 - 35 mm offset and stick out about 5/8" more than stock. I wouldn't be afraid to use even less offset.

Before I bought the wheels, I used a straight edge to measure how much more offsetr was needed to be completely flush with the fender. The number I got was an inch. It's pretty tough finding the type of offset needed for that without going over.
It's a lot better than stock (the wheel edge is 5/8" further out that stock), but it could still be another 3/8-1/2" IMO.
All the other wheels I looked at that were similar in design were 9.0" wide or had 20mm offsets. I actually think they would look good, but they would stick out past the fender about 1/4".
