I showed up to represent the RDX at the CT meet 04/05/09!

I have to confess that after seeing so many TL's with clear side markers, I'm starting to dislike my orange ones. Has anyone changed theirs to clear like the TL pictured below?

 

Agreed, I'd like to do that mod as well. Anyone?

 

you have to take off the light system, heatgun the glue off, then the amber comes offf. you'll have to either acid the amber off or tint it out. taking just the amber off shows the naked bulb and its ugly.

getting the light system is hard though; bumper has to come off. consider smoke tint on headlamps. i've got grigio metallic. you can try a light smoke tint 35% and it looks clean

 

Thanks for the info. Have you done this? Did you by any chance replace the projector lenses also while you had the headlight open? Any pics?
