It's the "alternating" kind of turbo....

 

That can't be real. Other than a battery, starter, or air cleaner; an alternator/generator has to be one of the most common pieces of equipment under the hood hanging off the engine common to all cars for +50 years.

That is why dealership charge $70 for cabin air filters changes.
