ok..so your RDX has pretty much lost the 'new car smell'... so question for you..what do you use to keep the interior smelling fresh/clean? occasional sprays of febreze? funky air freshener? personally, i'd love to get something that smells of leather...but haven't found anything yet.

 

Just keep it clean to keep it smelling clean . As for leather care, I use a product from Zaino - very nice leather smell as well as works great to protect the hides.

 

I purchase Zaino for my TSX and it works great; unfortunately, my wife complains about getting a “headache” when she sits in my car too long. I had to remove the Zaino and use cheaper stuff like Armour All to keep her headache free.

I also have all weather floor mats, trunk tray, wash/vac every week as needed, change cabin filter every year, and no food in TSX/RDX (food falls between seats, greasy hands, smells, etc..). When pick up any food to take home, I put it in the trunk to transport and open the windows when I park in the garage.

 

Interior cleaned often, and Squash. I didnt get it to be a fanboy, I smelled it in a friend's car and liked it so I bought some.

 

mine still has new smell. but i heard about spray that actually give off the new car smell lol.

 

Zaino is the best.

Get the Z-10 Leather in a bottle...it actually smells like leather.
