Hi everyone I bought a used RDX and I want to replace a part that is really scratched up but I am having trouble identifying the part. I have circled out the part (in the console area) and wondering if you guys can help me find the part number (I looked at some of the parts diagram and have no idea what is going on lol) . Also judging by the look for it do you think it is easy for me to replace it?

It is part number 11 in the above diagram.
