End of the year pricing
End of the year pricing
I test drove a RDX with Tech last week and fell in love. Unfortunately there is only one dealer in my state (NM), so that negotiating tool is out. Wondering what can I realistically expect to pay considering the 09's are almost out AND what can I get the dealer to throw in as part of the package?
Last year, there was a $1000 factory-to-dealer incentive on the 2007 models when the 2008s started appearing. No idea if they will do that again. The US economy is worse this year, so manufacturers are getting creative with their pricing.

How do you know that the 09s are almost out? Do you know when they will be available?
I am currently considering the 08 RDX to purchase and if the 09s are just around the corner, I may wait to see what additional features are are on the 09s before making a decision.
In terms of your question, as another responder posted, I would wait until the 09s are out and try to negotiate on the 08s.

coming out around sept. the car initially came out around sept 06. the 08's arrived at dealerships late aug/beg of sept. you probably wont find end of the year discounts arriving till about the end of summer or at least until the 09 is at dealerships. Unless Acura does an early release of the 09, plan on the 08 tech as your option unless you can wait a few more months
