I see reference to DVD-Audio - Does this mean there will be an option of a DVD player?

Thanks - Colin - should produce a nice sound; still not sure if there will be an optional DVD player though - I am wondering because the RDX is on the smaller size and not necessarily targeted for families with young ones, whether there will be a DVD option?

 

No way DVD video will be in the front. It's illegal in most states if not all - too distracting for the driver. I don't know of any 5 seaters with video in the back but I could be wrong. Nothing in the RDX production specs indicates there will be video in the back.

 

There's nothing a hack won't fix.

 

You're gonna need more than a hack if a video feed isnt hooked from the headunit dvd to the LCD.

I know it's a completely different car, but I saw a new Dodge Charger (Daytona edition, # 906/4000) and it had a small screen DVD player that popped up out of the center armrest, visible to the backseat passengers.

 

The TSX has a DVD option in the back. It's a dealer option though.
