Perhaps someone familiar with the RL can chime in since the nav/electronics systems should be very similar in the RDX.

Does the navigation system allow playback of DVD videos through the nav screen, and are there any limits on it (i.e., no playback while driving, etc)

No playback option is available on any so far so the RDX should be the same
