Yeah - not sure about the brembo's, but it would be near impossible for him to back away from 2006 calendar year or SH-AWD at this point.

It appears to be an on-road only SUV tailored to take on the Nissan Murano/Infinity FX35 etc. while probably being more attuned to the younger crowd and a bit cheaper. So it'll have the CR-V/Matrix/WRX on the low-end, and the FX35/Murano on the high end.
Too bad. I was really hoping for some decent off-road capability.

Anyhow, the RD-X looks much nicer in the video than in those pictures. The exterior looks pretty complete and production-ready, of course with mirrors, wipers, door handles, etc.
In the video, when he said it'd be available in the 2006 calendar year, does that mean it'll be available to the customer during Fall 2005?

Possible reason for SUV vs. wagon is towing capacity. The RDX rides on an all-new light truck platform. Perhaps HMC has incorporated some aspects from the Ridgeline chassis into the new platform for added towing capacity??? It is one aspect where the CRV falls behind the competition. Ford, GM, Nissan light trucks can tow 3000+??
