I've likeliked an Acura RDX 2.3L year 2007, has only 91k miles and is a good shape. on the description say:

(p0234,p0117,p0365,p1131)
engine very hard to start and runns rough

The major issues is that camshafts position error but I'm not sure what's could it be, just a sensor or may be out of time. I haven't seen closer yet. They said that the vehicle can run and drive.

I would definitely check the camshaft position sensor first. P0365 points to it, and P1131 is from your wideband o2 sensor, which would also be going haywire if you have misfires related to the bad sensor. I've had it go out on other cars, and it feels like they are firing on only 2-3 cylinders. Rough idle, horrible exhaust smell (due to unburned fuel), etc. I would not drive that vehicle though, even if you technically can. Dumping unburned fuel out the exhaust is a great way to ruin your catalytic converter.

Not 100% sure if P0234 and P0117 are directly related, but fix what you know is broken first, and then re-evaluate.
