AC not working

Hello I have a 2008 Acura RDX and the AC has stopped working. I replaced the AC compressor relay with the newer Mitsuba one and still have no cold air. The system is charged with the correct amount of AC. I want to know if the compressor is bad. I don't see the clutch engaging and spinning. I disconnected the harness to the compressor and found three wires. Only one wire from the harness, the green/red had 12V. I noted that the wire had 12V regardless of whether my AC was on/off. The other two wires in the harness were red/white and red/black and did not have 12V. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

If replacing relay does not help, most likely it's your coil. Its expensive if done at the dealer, you looking at $700 or so

There is a TSB for poor A/C performance and I believe its related to the clutch...ie - not engaging or not engaging properly. Obviously you're out of warranty but maybe since there is a TSB, they'll work with you on the price?
