B12 warning .. how much might this cost? At a dealership

I know this is probably a 200k service warning but wanted to know if I should take it to the dealership?

I just got the oil changed a month ago

A: Replace Engine Oil
B: Replace Engine Oil and Filter. Inspect various systems and components

1: Rotate Tires and check tire pressure and condition
2: Replace air cleaner element, check drive belt and replace dust and pollen filter
3: Replace transmission fluid and transfer fluid (if equipped)
4: Replace spark plugs, replace timing belt (if equipped), inspect water pump, and inspect value clearance)
5: Replace Engine Coolant
6: Replace rear differential fluid (if equipped)

Brake fluid every 3-4 years or during a brake job. Replace P/S fluid if never been changed or looks extremely dark and alignment as needed (I do alignment with new tires).

Sounds like the Maintenance reminder didn't get reset from the last oil change (MUST use 100% synthetic oil for the RDX). My oil change interval for my 08 RDX is usually starts around 4500 miles at the 15% M.I.D. reminder. You are only due for a B12 oil change change, filter replacement, and rotation/balance. That can be around +$175 depending on dealership. I purchase my own oil from Walmart for $26 compared to what Acura charges at around $50. I order my engine and cabin filter from Amazon or other on-line sources for $10-$25 and change them out myself in under 10 mins. I also have Discount Tires lifetime rotation/balance with my road hazard warranty I added to my RDX when I purchased my tires from them (about $30-$33 per tire and they can add to any tires).

That cuts my dealership B12 service down to around $30 at the dealership for my 08 RDX tech with +175,000 miles (trading my labor, time, and cheaper prices for theirs).
