I am looking into an 09 RDX Tech and am wondering if this is a possible quote from a dealer. I dont see how he can quote me this or if he is trying to get me into the door.

I just paid 33K for an RDX with tech package and all weather floor mats.

Does not hurt to go in and see what he is telling you is true. You can always yell and walk away.

so 33,084 seems to be the price without the destination charge, 640 i believe?

but with the 1500 dealer cash, should be able to get them down to lower than 33k hopefully including the dest charge. i really hope people post prices they are paying currently. doesnt look like there is a lot of activity.

 

This is my advice just let them scan your credit and know your monthly payment, like if they told you u were approved for 3.9% for 600/mo your next step is to call another dealer and tell them you were approved for 3.9 with a monthly payment of 600. Ask them if they can give you 550/month for the same model and apr u will buy from them..

Always works on me... This dealer wont mind lowering the price as long as they get a sale...

 

dealer sell their car now below invoice price... my salesman call me the other day offering brand new mdx and they offered $7,000 discount.. I know they can easily get money on my my trade in, so i didnt upgrade to mdx

also, they want to charge a $210 documentation fee in Michigan, is this normal?

 

Looks like you got a great deal. I am trying to negotiate an 09 with tech in Atlanta. So far i am down to 33.7K (with destination) +TTL = 36.8 OTD (7% sales tax in georgia). This includes a $600 documentation fee. If i get these guys to get me the car for less than 36K OTD then i will bite. what do you guys think?

its SALES PRICE. end of story. All things stem from sales price.

Id offer 32k and go from there. trucks arent selling, especially the RDX. theres room to deal, and its december now. If the guy/dealer wants to make a sale beforethe end of the year, and im sure he/they do, they should meet u at 32 or at least 1/2 way at 32,500. The ball is in your court with this sale and this truck. RDX's are going no where. See if u can squeeze off an extra grand. whats the worse that can happen?
