NSX w/Porsche motor

I was wondering if anyone has ever swapped out the NSX motor for a Porsche engine particularlly a horizantly opposed flat six like in the Boxter/Cayman's? Its something I've always wanted to do

Why on earth would you want to? If you wanted more power it would be far cheaper to modify your Honda motor.

While the very latest Porsche motors develop more power than the NSX motor, you would be loosing so much soul from your NSX.

PLEASE don't do it the NSX engine is the soul of honda, your better off using some form of FI on the 3.2 vtec than getting an expensive german motor .

well if your going for power there are far cheaper ways than an engine swap.

Just curious why Porsche?
