Buying an NSX then Modding

I am considering purchasing an NSX and pouring about $30K into it. I have found a 91 about 50 miles away they are asking $33K with 25,000 miles.

I have a couple of questions:

Are there any systemic problems with these cars?

Mods I am planning:
Supercharger
Engine control
Intercooler
Headers
Exhaust
Brakes
Coil Overs
CF - Hood, Brake Ducts, Engine cover, spoiler, etc.
Wheels and tires
Under car ground effects

Any comments here on my plans are welcome. Looking hard at the Science of Speed parts.

I would never modify a 91 with that kind of miles. That is a pristine almost like new car that should not be altered from factory. You will decrease value by a lot. There are other 91-93 out there selling for 22-28k with higher miles. Those are the ones I would mess with and it wouldn't matter as much about the value because it already is loss.

What about tires and wheels? Any problems I need to look for? Is the price reasonable. Car looks real good in the pictures.

Honestly it would probably be a smarter idea to spend a little more money for a newer model 97+ and then spending the rest on modding it. Personally if I had 60ish k I would buy a 2002 NSX at around the 40k range and then spend 20k on modding

I agree with the other replies, you should try looking at later models for mods. when you do find the one that you want, I'd suggest getting it professionally inspected. a licensed inspector will be able to fish out any underlying issues that the car might have, especially a car with age. I personally would suggest aim mobile inspections since they did a really good job on my sister in law's TL. hope that helps! good luck!
