Thoughts on these combo? Rim and coilovers

Finally making some handling changes on my 98 2.3CL, riding on stock rims (bent) and and shocks with mileage at 145k so you know how bad things are.

Anyway here's what I'm leaning towards

Tein SS or Basic

Rims and Tires (215/45/17) either this borbet

or ASA

or OZ (prefer not to spend this much)

Any comments thoughts and suggestions for this NOOB would be much appreciated. Thanks.

98 2.3CL, HKS Super Drager Catback, AEM knockoff CAI. Body dinged up by the danged tiny parking lots here in CA.

Another option ASA but in 18" (getting the bug), what tires sizes do you recommend that is practical for various driving conditions?
Tirerack has it listed as 215/40/18, but thought something around the 45 series would be more practical

Drove around LA all day today getting quotes for Tein SS, best price I got was $900 + tax & $125 installation. How does this sound to people that have them? Thanks again.

BTW color is primrose silver and not satin silver as indicated in my previous reply
