Tein springs with Tokico HP's

Tein springs with Tokico HP's
I was just curious if anybody has ever ran this setup. I believe that the Tein springs lower the car -1.7 front and -1.4 rear. Is that good?
It is either the Tein or Eibach pro springs which is -1.4 front and back.
