Camber Bolt?

Out with some friends last night and they were talking about a bolt that you can replace somewhere, turn it and it changes your camber. Anyone have input on this? One of them claims to have it done on at all 4 wheels. Dont know what to call it or else I woulda searched for it.

Its a bolt with a lobe on one side. Twist it and it changes the camber. Any ideas?

I believe thats on most Chevy vehicles, I could be wrong. But I know my moms 05 Monte Carlo has them. I doubt our cars have them, that sounds to easy. But dont quote me cause I could be wrong. But if that was the case I wouldnt be needing a Camber kit to fix the camber in my wheels lol. So my guess is no we dont have them.
