Hey guys, just picked up a 2.2 97 CL. Did some searching and could not find anything about the 2.2 wheel. They are chipped and faded. Not afraid of painting the wheels, but afraid of the centercap not coming out the same way. Any suggestions? How to paint the centercap?

im going to paint mines gold....was gonna do the center cap but theres too much room for mistakes i think(running/acura sign) also i guessing it will get chipped because eventually you have to take them off to change tires and could chip ! im just gonna save the trouble and paint without center caps - looks great too !

Does anyone know what paint matches the 2.2 CL wheel? I went ahead and took a scotch brite to my rims, buffed them out and they turned out pretty good. Only problem is my center caps are chipped, wouldnt be afraid to paint them either.

i scuffed my center caps and was very easy on paint coats. they came out pretty good.

I kinda like that gunmetal look on the wheels,but with a green cl it may be a little dark.
