vibration on floor

I have a 97 cl 3.0,about 140,000 miles. There is a constant vibration in the floor and steering wheel that gives me the "pins and needles" feeling.I'm open to any suggestions but I've had the wheels balanced recently and brakes and hubs done last year so I think it's beyond that.
Also, shortened story,my cat converter was hanging and I backed up and it jammed against a railroad track.Stopped the car dead in its tracks.Since then,I think it just started then,I get a short oosh vapour kind of sound when i accelerate.
Any and all opinions are appreciated.
Thanks.

Do you live somewhere where it snows? A lot of times you'll get your wheels vibrating if you have snow packed in the inside of your rims.

For sure you might wanna replace your cat is that was the case, probably backing up on a railroad tracks jammed it up into the headers. Sounds funny though. Lol.

replaced the whole exhaust,to the manifold.there is now an odd sound for a second when i push the throttle.i thought maybe the manifold.it's hard to pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from but,to me,it sounds like the engine area.
the reason my cat converter was hanging was because it came apart from my exhaust.I had to drive it home while he ordered the parts. He didn't wire it up so it was hanging.I had to back up a small hill to get out of his garage and there are train tracks that are no longer used at the top of the hill.I was backing up at a slow pace when I stopped dead.I thought I hit something but there was nothing behind me.
I was only going to replace from the cat back but because I jammed the cat into the front parts of my exhaust,I had to replace everything.
Basically,just another day for me.

Yeah you probably jammed something way into the combustion chambers. Atleast thats what it sounds like to me.
