trans swap 98 cl auto to 5peed

swapped out my 98 cl auto trans for a manual 5speed, also replaced ecu to match the manual..... engine won't start...d4 still flashing...only starts with auto ecu.....help

did you get the key to match the immobilizer in the manual ecu?
