Is there a way to t-shoot the drivers power seat?

Mine doesn't go back and before I drop $200 for a new switch pack
I would like to test the switch. The easiest way seems to be bypassing
the switch to test motor operation. How can this be done?

 

wow, no help with this? I did use the search but aside from seeing others with the issue
no one talked about bypassing the switch to check motor function.
