Suspension Troubles
Application: 99 Acura CL 2.3L
So I recently got the Eibach Sportline springs w/ 1.7" drop F/R I also replaced the shocks with adjustable Koni Shocks, and then had them all installed for $200. 1st I had this like squeaky sound from the front and then a clunking noise from the rear. I took it back they told me they adjusted the shocks and put some bushings on that wouldn't make a sound. Now I hear rubbing from the front when I slow down rapidly/ in out of drive ways (but thats expected) but I still here the squeaking and a weird like scratching sound from the front left side.
So whats normal and whats not for this situation? and what could be the issues?
-Thanks

On a more serious note, the squeaking is likely a bushing in the front... as for the scratching, does it happen constantly? while turning? bumps? acceleration? deceleration? All important details.

i have eibach's also, no werid noises.
try spraying the point where the bushing are with lube, make sure its rubber safe.
if you can try getting under the car and examine the suspension for anything weird, parts touching that shouldn't, things that look worn, loose parts/bolts, also try turning the wheels from full left to right and listen for noises.

I only hear the rubbing noice when slowing down or entering/exiting drive ways.
As for the 2 others sounds from the front I hear them at a bunch of different times while driving, no time particular.
Thanks blaze I'll try it.

I hear the same thing on my car. I hear it coming from the passenger side of the car. I don't know if it's the front or rear though. It's like a continuous high pitched sqeak when i'm driving over a rough patch or if i go over a pot-hole or speedbump. I took it to a shop and they found that my rear shock bushings were worn due to them being out of place. i'm getting it fixed tommorrow so i'll find out then if that's what it is. Hopefully that's all it is and not something else.
