99 cl 3.0 stalls occasionally. Idle will dip down to 600 rpm or so and it feels like it's about to stall. Strangely enough, if I turn on the AC or just the fan it usually does not stall.

This car does have transmission problems. Check engine light has been off for the last few days but It will return. The transmission was rebuilt. Basically, in stop and go traffic, the transmission has a tendency to slip out of gear when it gets hot. I avoid stop and go traffic

It also has a tendency to do this if i use the car, park and then use it again a short time later.

It almost never does this If i have the fan on

This may or may not be related but the radio has a tendency to turn it self off and on as though someone had cut the power when i am listening to it. It is an aftermarket radio (sony cdxgt200) and has been weird (faceplate recently started working again after about two years of not working, had to use the remote). It does not do this all the time, but it has been getting more frequent of late. I don't listen to the radio much as most of my driving is short trips. I suspect a short in the radio. Again not sure if this is related.
