Stolen Car Missing Parts, Relays?

My wife's 97 CL 3.0 was recently stolen and found the next morning, but it won't start. They were stripping it down but must not have gotten too far. I'm hoping there are just a couple relays, modules or fuses missing that I can replace myself. Though my car repair skills are slightly above replacing relays.

So, the lights come on, things ding etc., and it doesn't look like they took anything from under the hood, but the ignition was tore up and it does absolutely nothing when you try to turn it over.

I took these photos of what appear to me like something is missing. They took the owner's manual for some reason so I'm not able to ID any missing fuses and any diagrams I've found online don't show the five gray spots above the standard fuses. The other photo of the blue connector is on the steering column down from the ignition.

Anyone know what these are?

So I'm starting to figure this out. The gray section on the fuse box is nothing but the connection next to that yellow one at the top right is for the ignition switch. The blue connection is the ignition switch. Where I'm still struggling is finding the correct part for this. I'm assuming I need a batch of wires with connectors at each end, but the only part I find has the harness for the fuse box, but not a connector on the other end. It has a piece that screws into the ignition switch like pictured in this link:
Amazon.com: OEM IS121 Ignition Switch: Automotive Amazon.com: OEM IS121 Ignition Switch: Automotive

So, what connects into that blue connection? Do I have it wrong that those two connections tie into each other?

Also, this pictured piece is hanging from the ignition. Is there something supposed to be inside that device? It's a bit hard to see, but there is a cylindrical hole maybe an inch deep with a little brass piece on the bottom.

Where do you live? I have a spare harness for those two plugins. You are right, the ignition plugin connects to the plugin in the fuse box. It is similar to the link you provided on amazon but has a connector on both sides. That connector on amazon is for an acura TL not a CL. I am still trying to figure out what that box piece is.
