Shifting Issues...

Bought my 99 3.0Cl about two years ago now and I absolutely love it. Such a great car!
I've had a few small issues here n there but nothing too serious.

Just got back from a vacation in Cancun last night (for any single guys out there I DEFINITELY recommend checkin it out!) and started up my car. Backed it outta the driveway and something seemed a bit 'off'. It jerked a lil right when I put it into R.

Drove down the street and it wouldn't shift outta 1st. Put it to neutral and back in drive and then it shifted to 1st/2nd fine but the issues came back when i tried to go to third. Bumped back to neutral (while still going around 50), let off the gas, put it back in drive and it shifts to 3rd fine...same for fourth. No idea what's going on but its definitely not good.

I still get a lotta torque so I don't think its the 'glass tranny' issue completely... or at least I'm not convinced... should i be? Is it time for the $1500 rebuild? Someone please say no (and mean it)

btw - i'm at 215000km. i've done the timing belt/water pump/tranny fluid around 35000km ago. i've had the pcv swapped, all 6 spark plugs are platinums around 1.5 mths ago, fuel lines cleaned.... regular oil changes, mostly highway driving...

ANY help would be appreciated. I don't wanna sell this car yet...
