radio interference when rear defroster on?

radio interference when rear defroster on?
Ive noticed during these winter months that when my rear defrost is on some of my radio stations go fuzzy...then if i turn it off they immediately clear right up...any ideas? its kinda annoying to hafta choose one or the other...thanks
