idk why, is there a fuse? i looked and didnt see anything for it. i have to manually unlock and lock it.

anyone have any ideas?

 

Window regulator on it's way out

 

so my door wont lock anymore because my window regulator is going to die? i highly doubt that.

 

Try searching, a lot of times when the window reg is starting to short it can short out the door lock. Otherwise, do you hear it trying or clicking or just nothing happens?

 

What if it sounds like its trying? Thats what mine does.

 

the actuator?(sp) mine makes a loud sound when i lock my car. only the passenger side though. also, my windows get stuck every now and then.

there IS a fuse though. left side near the firewall. there is a fuse for this i think. i just checked mine and found one.

 

ill have to check the fuses.

i can hear the relay click somewhere when i am in the passenger seat. ill check.

 

mine doesn't work either. makes the sound like it wants to work
but - doesn't go up or down. bad actuator from searching

im too lazy to change it out
