Obtaining ABS code

Hello and already a thank you for the information I've gained from reading others posts. I've seen a few threads similar to my problem but yet to see one that involves all of what I have going on. My biggest concern is to be able to obtain an ABS code. With all of my problems I'm flying blind without it. I'll just list style this one to make it easy.

97' Acura CL 3.0 200,000+ miles

-ABS light on always always always
-Notice that my brakes are terrible when ABS light is OFF
-ABS relay is either receiving a ground or is bad. Keeps clicking consistently and regularly like a bad relay does.
-The problem was very intermittent over a few months and within the last 3 days has made it nearly un-drivable
- when I come to stop all of my internal lights dim as well as headlights
-when I proceed from a stop of this nature the engine will often sputter although no engine codes have been thrown
-I do have aftermarket audio that I can say I professionally installed and have pretty much disconnected everything related to this but the clicking relay would cause my subwoofers to pop once in a while most likely from a bad ground loop

I'm thinking VSS, ABS sensor, ABS relay. But with the entire elctrical current appearing to be draining when I hit the brakes seems like the brake switch may cause a ground and pull current from my alternator?? I install aftermarket audio and security systems but know as much as a toaster does when it comes to the mechanical aspect of vehicles.

As I mentioned before if I could just get a code to isolate a sensor or relay that would be half the battle for me. Do some Acura CL models just not give a code. I've tried and reset and tried but the ABS light just pops on the second my cylinder hits accessory and stays on. I've got my paper clipped jammed all up in the blue dummy clip under my glove box and nothing. Trying not to get owned on a diagnostic charge.

Any advice or info on why this may be happening? Thanks again for the help I've already and hope to receive.

Or can anyone tell me if a speed sensor would cause the light to come on even if the car is not moving?

Thanks

Since I'm getting so much feedback XD I figure I'll give an update.

I finally got a code which read, Flaaaaaash-flaaaaaaaash-flash either 13 or 2-1 I feel like I've seen 7 different reasons for these codes and can't find a reliable source. If anyone knows of a site or even pdf with the ABS code on it I will be forever indebted to you =)

Thanks
