No Gauge Lights/Tail Lights 99 CL

No Gauge Lights/Tail Lights 99 CL
Brake lights work, but no tail lights, no lights on the gauges, and fuses seem to be good. Stereo is original. Also no side markers are coming on. Any ideas? Thank you!

how do you know fuse is ok? maybe dimmer is down or dead?

we checked the fuses. have read somewhere about a rear light relay that could be associated to this problem? not sure where it's located.
