Newbie with License Plate and Wheel Problems

Newbie with License Plate and Wheel Problems
Hey I just got a Black 98 2.3 Cl. The car was salvaged but still looks and runs great. This is my first car and im very pleased with it so far. However I just got my license plates today and realized i dont have the mounting bracket for the front. I called the acura dealer (who i didn't get the car from) and the said i could get one for $30. I was wondering if there might be any other ways to mount the plate besides just drilling holes in the bumper, or any thing that you guys have found looks better than the stock bracket. Also the clear coat seems to be peeling on my wheels and was wondering if any of you have had this problem or know how to fix it. Thanks for all your help.

Go to autozone! i got mine for 8 bucks!
