I have a 1997 CL 3.0 with smog failure of slightly high HC and Nox. Vehicle has a temp code of P0420 indicating a degraded Cat. I am looking for a after market cat and the ARB web site does not list my engine family number. My number is VHN3.0VJGKEK. The Cats listed in the executive orders all show a engine family number of VHN3.0VJG2EK as approved. This vehicle probably was not originally sold in California as the engine label says it conforms to EPA regulations and does not mention California. What can I use that is reasonably priced ?
