Need Advice on CEL Code 7

Swapped an h22a in my car about a year and a half ago. Motor is great, running strong and all. I have always received CEL 12 but cleaned EGR and never really worried about it because it didn't really bother anything. Well a couple weeks back my car would sputter around 4 grand. If I gradually stepped on the pedal, the car would accelerate with no problems, but if I floored it, the car would sputter then kick in and if I let off then stepped back on it, it would be fine. When VTEC hit, I will get a pop sometimes. Today I decide to see if the car has thrown any other codes. Low and behold, I am getting code 7 now. Throttle position Input Low/high. I am not sure what this means or how to troubleshoot it. Can you give me any advice and possibly the voltages this sensor should be at during gradual opening and wide open? Any help would be greatly Appreciated. I have replaced Fuel Filter, Fuel Pump, New plugs, wires, cap, rotor and ignitor. Thanks Paul
