Alright, I'm not really into electrical stuff, but this one is making me scratch my head. The problem with my interior lights is that they will flicker from normal to dim back to normal again as my turn signal, left or right, is on. It doesn't matter if my radio or anything else is on. It also does it when I use the door lock/unlock, but I attribute that to the door motors taking too much juice.

I would think it's the battery or alternator. The battery is brand new. The alternator? I can't say. BUT, the problem does not happen if my emergency lights are on (they operate the same lights as the turn signals), when my car is reving about 2K RPM, or when the fan for the vent/A/C is on. If it were the alternator, I'd figure the A/C would signal a problem.

Any thoughts? This is pretty annoying.

A good grounding kit will improve your electrical system significantly and it could fix your problem.
