If the dealer can't diagnose this then you should take the car somewhere else.. it sounds like they're incompetent.
- coils
- plugs
- wires
- ECU

It sounds like a broken valve spring, do a compression test, and observe the action of the needle on that cylinder compared to the others...if the needle acts strange, it could be a valve not seating correctly, or lets say simple spark plug problem?

how to do the compression test?? i never heard about it
the cl i just bought was throwing the same code...i cleaned the egr ports in the intake manifold and the car now idles perfect and the code went away.
Just take off the fuel rail and there is an access plate, take that plate off and you'll see the four holes for the egr clean them with an awl, bottle bush and carb cleaner. Also be sure to clean the underside of the cover. Mine was throwing a cyl 4 misfire and i swear there was so much carbon it was actually packed inside ithe intake manifold, most likely at best it was severely obstructing the normal air flow into that cylinder. All 4 egr ports were clogged solid.
That said a misfire could relate to alot of things obviously...plugs, wires, cap and rotor or the dizzy itself. Also check the ignition timing.
