Major Repair Work

Ok so I'm fairly new to this website. I've visited before for help on things like brake light repair, tinting, and idle problems. I was just recently involved in an accident which left my 97 CL 2.2 L pretty banged up. Apparently the left axle came out of the transmission, the bumper came off, and the right headlight is done. In addition, the transmission seems to be slipping. I was wondering if it would be worth fixing this car up or just investing in a new one. I really like the car with it being my first, but at the same time, I don't want to pump more money into it if it's not worth it.

With the issues with the transmission, I would just cut my losses and find a new car

Yeah I was thinking that. I bought the car for $1500 and had to replace the distributor, iacv, and starter. I figured if I had to dump even more money into it, I might as well buy a different car.
