Loose Bumper and Side skirt!

Hey how would I fix my rear bumper if it is falling off on one side a little bit?

One of my side skirts are also a little loose on the rear end..

self tapping (plastic) screws from lowes. or bolt w/ a large nut will hold it in place.

thanks, but for the rear bumper I cannot seem to find the bolt for the part that is loose. Maybe I will post pics?
