Lag in 2nd gear

Lag in 2nd gear
Sometimes when I shift to 2nd gear, I get this lag on the rpm guage and the cars feels like its struggling to accelerate. Is it my clutch getting old? (90K clutch) What other possible problem can there be? BTW this also happens in 1st gear...
