Do I need to take dash off or glove box only?

anybody know how to take glove box off?

 

Open it, there is a thin piece that comes down to "guide" remove that, There are two screws at the bottom of the glove box that hold the hinges on, unscrew those, check for anything else supporting it(i may have forgotten one) And guide it down.
