HID lights help pleaseeeee!!!

Hi guys I am new here and I need some advice please. I have a 94 acura integra with HID lights on. My driver side low beam does not work, I went and bought new hid sets and still doesnt work. I check the fuses and for some reason both of the fuses were good but when I test the slot that was for the driver side low beam it did not gave me any continuity in my multimeter at all on the fuse box... you guys think I have a bad fuse box or you guys have a better explanation for this......

even though we don't have an integra to be able to check our own to help, you could check and see where the power stops, does it get power to the fuse box but not through it? a test light should be good enough to see if its getting power to it. With wiring you have to work your way backwards and see where the break in power is and then find out what is causing the loss of power

yeah, i test the slot on the fuse box for the driver side low beam and it is not giving out any power at all unlike the passenger side.. i guess is in the wiring somewhere, I just do not know were to start looking with allllll those wires behind the fuse box
