Front Bumper Alignment and Hood

While I was finishing putting the bumper back on after blackhousing my lights about a month ago, I noticed this gap on the right side under the tailight that looked like the bumper didn't get aligned right. I took it off like 3 times and put it back on, and it still wouldn't go away. When I purchased the car it was sort of like that, but not as dramatic. I didn't bother to fix it 100% because it was like 15 degrees when i was doing this and was freezing. (Probably nothing to you canadians eh?) Here's what i'm talking about:

As well as that little issue, my hood was never lined up ever since I bought it, which led me to believe it may have been in an accident, but the owner said the dealer where he purchased it from said it was clean as well as when he drove it.

Anyone know if I just need to remount the bumper a few more times til I get it, or if it's a certain screw that may be messed up? And if they know how I might fix the hood to line it up.
