98 CL has flickering headlamps when the turnsignal is on. Any clue as to why? -Was thinking general fixes like maybe the alternator is going bad or battery is low on juice but not sure so asking the Acura parking lot

You say it's your headlamps though? Mine are everything but the lamps pretty much. I'm thinking it's the alternator.

its because your car is using up too much juice. my 98 does the same when im blasting my music. a quick fix would be to get a battery that holds a better charge.

Everything flickers on mine.
Headlights, Dash Lights, and Clock.
I was thinking alternator or battery as well.

 

Yes it has to do with Honda's ELD system - 'Electrical Load Detector' Google it and you can find information about it.
