Aight so I put up a post ("98cl drivin me car-razzy") and Tex gave me some insight(thanx man)!! I was doin a PRICEY process of elimination "tryin" to solve this issue.. I cleaned the he'll out my iacv a month ago to no evail.. I continued to roll the dice tryin several differnt things to fix this shyt I was tryin to avoid doin a rear mount! So I finally broke a bought a NEW iacv from ( acuraoemparts.com $165 shipped, cheapest I found!) and after replacing it the car runs lovely!! So I asume the motor on the old iacv was beat!! Idk/dc jus kno it was a relief! now I can start doin other mods I planned on doin when I bought the car!! So if u have this issue I would suggest checkin the electrical part of the iacv upon cleaning it or jus BUY A NEW ONE!!
