I got my cl not long ago, i only have one key to it no keyfob or anything just the one key

How do i know if the car has a factory alarm, it does have a little light on the driver side that blinks when i lock it, if it does have the feature how hard is it to program new keyfobs from ebay?

they all had factory alarms.. at least I think.

ebay for a new fob and follow the included instructions to program it. or search the first gen info thread and find it there.

 

might want to call the dealership and give them your vin to verify which remote to get(fcc number) just to be sure your buying the right one. And i think there are instructions in an older thread on how to program it.
