Control advisement

I am a busy college kid and work on weekends.. pretty crappy... but i have a good 4 more years of grad + 2 post doctrine ... sooo yarr
Lucky for me SB is coming up and i get to work on my car...
My car is rolling way more than I like.. or anyone would lol... controlling is getting a little tougher than wat I want around 70mph. Soooo.. I already know my sway bar is job one... wats some other things I should do to help control? I feel my shocks are fine... and wont be changing those. could upper lower arms be an issue?
Can I use an accord ABS mod/acumm for a 1997 2.2?

I got a new digital rebel camera? Should I do some diy?

sway bar, front and rear strut tower brace, cross brace. Those will all work.
